The Red Elephants are on the road! FINALLY!   A few days later than planned and a few too many dramas.    Drama’s what drama’s I hear you ask.  Well for one a husband with a ruptured Achilles ankle who has not been able to drive for the past 10 weeks and was only given the driving thumbs up 2 days before departure.  Who knows if he will be able to do the planned bush and beach walks.

TWO, how about a caravan that needs new brakes, suspension and an important part of metal work that is cracked.   A caravan that is begging for vital holiday money to be spent on it.  All 1 week prior to departure.

THREE, and 2 days before departure, TERMITES, the bad ones found in our backyard trees and fence but thankfully  not the house.

But here we are first night in staying at Wangaratta in a cute little park.  We shared the driving and the caravan’s brakes work just fine.  But I have a sore throat and feel a cold coming on.

Sorry no Piccies  for this one
